Let Riverside host your next event
Our beautiful Carlos and Sandra Cervantes Theatre for the Arts boasts state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment and a 725-seat auditorium that is perfect for concerts, recitals, and large meetings.
Some of our guest organizations include Navy JROTC, Georgia 9th District Honor Band and Honor Chorus, Atlanta Falcons Heads Up Football Clinic, American Legion Georgia Boys State Program, UNG Golden Eagle Band, Brigham Young University, Chivas Florida Soccer, Sea Cadets, and FCA Football and Wrestling.
Our spacious John L. Beaver Field House with indoor track and overhead projection capabilities is 150’W x 300’L and has bleacher seating for up to 1,100. It's the home facility for the RMA Wrestling Team.
Our stately Alumni Hall Dining facility can comfortably seat 500 guests amidst flags from all states and several countries hanging overhead. This facility includes three gas-burning fireplaces.
Our beautifully landscaped Family Park Pavilion is a relaxed setting for small company gatherings or family picnics. It's equipped with a large charcoal BBQ pit, a small playground, and restroom facilities.
If basketball is your passion, Curtis Hall has facilities available for your next tournament. The facility features bleachers on both sides of the court and food concessions by Riverside Prep’s food service provider, Flik Independent School Dining.
Summers are filled with overnight campers using our spacious Barracks dormitories with 500 beds. Our perfectly landscaped Athletic Fields can accommodate a variety of sports including Lacrosse, soccer, football, baseball, basketball, and track & field. Riverside's 206-acre campus also hosts numerous 5K/Fun Run events each year.

Rental Conditions
Facility reservations for approved uses by groups authorized by Riverside Preparatory Academy will be made and held subject to the following conditions:
A signed, dated contract must be in the possession of Riverside Preparatory Academy no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled event. The required reservation deposit must be received by Riverside Preparatory Academy by the agreed-upon date in order for the space to be held.
Renter shall provide to Riverside Preparatory Academy a certificate of commercial general liability insurance issued by an insurance company authorized to transact business in the State of Georgia, including contractual liability coverage naming Riverside Preparatory Academy as an additional insured. The limit of such insurance shall be not less than $1,000,000 per person, $3,000,000 aggregate. The policy shall provide that it shall not be canceled without thirty days’ prior written notice to Riverside Preparatory Academy. Renter shall deliver the certificate of insurance to the Riverside Preparatory Academy not later than fourteen business days prior to the occupancy and/or use of the premises pursuant to this agreement. If the renter fails to provide such certificate or fails to maintain the insurance in force, in addition to other remedies available to Riverside Preparatory Academy, Riverside Preparatory Academy may, but shall not be required to, secure such insurance on behalf of the renter. In that event, the renter shall reimburse Riverside Preparatory Academy for all costs of such insurance.
Failure to meet the above conditions will result in the cancellation of facility reservations. Additional requirements, rules, and regulations are specified by contract.
Also, if the services of a Riverside Preparatory Academy employee, such as the custodian or electrician, or any audio-visual equipment is needed during your event, a separate line item fee will be added to the final invoice as indicated in our rental fee summary sheet upon request.
No food may be served or sold except through the food service at Riverside Preparatory Academy, unless cleared through Riverside Preparatory Academy and its food service provider, Flik Independent School Dining. No food or drink is allowed inside the Sandy Beaver Center.
Parking at Riverside Preparatory Academy is limited and may be distant from your facility, and it is highly recommended that guests plan on early arrival or renter may opt for shuttle service. A separate line item fee will be added to the final invoice as indicated in our rental fee summary sheet upon request.
